The client required the design, documentation and fitout of 1000 square metres with 70 workstations, office meeting rooms and supporting facilities in less than 4 months. The design was prepared and signed off within 3 weeks of commission with a focus on housing workstations around the perimeter and all support accommodation around the core. The client had a vision for his new office fitout but needed architectural advice to turn those ideas into an efficient office space. A layout was provided to accommodate three separate divisions of the Company within their own spaces yet maintain an open feel to allow maximum natural daylight.
