S Comm, Rosebery NSW

Brief

S Comm is an established sports marketing company to promote sponsors for local and international sporting events. Their ongoing expansion drove a need for a contemporary space to reflect the style and culture of the business and raise their profile in the industry.

Solution

The design intention was to provide a flexible space for day-to-day operations that would cater to entertainment requirements for clients. The finishes reflect their brand and provide excellent work space for staff.

Reaction

S Comm is delighted with the overall impact of the space. The research staff appreciates the contemporary design, and management and clients alike enjoy the flexibility of the space.

NSW Department of Housing, Ashfield NSW

Brief

The client required the design, documentation and fitout of 1000 square metres with 70 workstations, office meeting rooms and supporting facilities in less than 4 months.

Solution

The design was prepared and signed off within 3 weeks of commission with a focus on housing workstations around the perimeter and all support accommodation around the core. This design maximised natural daylight for the space.

Reaction

The relocation of the IT division was undertaken with a minimum of fuss within the original timeframe. A quality fitout was achieved within the required budgetary and time constraints.

Happen Business, Mortdale NSW

The brief

The client had a vision for his new office fitout but needed architectural advice to turn those ideas into an efficient office space.

Solution

A layout was provided to accommodate three separate divisions of the Company within their own spaces yet maintain an open feel to allow maximum natural daylight. Dedicated meeting and training rooms added flexibility to the space.

Reaction

The bright, contemporary fitout enhanced much needed space for business expansion and added utility with separate meeting and training spaces.

I Group is a multidisciplinary company that houses engineers and sales staff in one location. They needed a professional image for visiting suppliers and clients

Solution

A minor upgrade of their existing space helped boost their professional image using new workstation screening, new paint finishes and purpose built joinery for storage and equipment.

Reaction

Management and staff alike were delighted with the new look, accommodation for 8 new employees and additional storage space.
